A minority of the Council of the South Wale* Miners’ Federation declined to recommend Hie Cambrian miners to accept the agreement refcixcd to last week. Delegates from all parts of the coalfield will meet and consider the agreement on Saturday. If it is rejected, contrary to the wishes of tho Miners’ Federation of Great Britain, the latter may withhold their weekly contribution of £5,000 to the strike funds.
