KAIKORAI GROUND COMPANY. The annual meeting of the Kaikorai Football Ground Company was held in tho Roslyn Council Chambers last night, Mr IL Chisholm presiding. The annual report stated that although tho work and improvements earned out liad not been so extensive as in the past, the company had no far been able to arrive at the purposo for which it was brought into existence. When the population of the borough became greater there would consequently be a greater demand for the ground for'athletic pTrrposos. The directors would like to make certain improvements, but the income was not large enough to allow these at present. There was still a liability of £125 on the property. Three hundred and seventy-three out of 762 allotted shares were held by the Kaikorai Football Club. The rejwrt was adopted, and the following retiring directors were re-elected -. Messrs W. A. WiLldnson, A. Webster, and D. M'Donald, with Mr J. Torrance s.s a new member; auditor, Mr D. I/sdlo. A deputation (Messrs J. 11. Applegarth, A. Cameron, and F., Cubitt) from the Kaikorai F'ootball Ciub waited ( on the directors and asked that tho company lay down a cinder track.—Tho matter wan considered by tlie directors, who decided to contribute towards the cost of such track if the other bodies interested contributed also.
