'At the Supremo Court to-day James M'Lean.Kiunea was sentenced to five years' imprisonment for committing an unnatural offence, Mr Justice Chapman remarking that the sentence would have been heavier) and would have included a fiogcing, but f° r l ' le prisoner's age. James Falkner, charged with forgery and uttering, received two years' reformatory treatment.
