They are so thick in places that it is impossibles to drive vehicles. They are eating up everything green. PERTH, March 20. A garden party was given at Government House in honor of Cardinal Moran and other visiting Catholic dignitaries. An address and souvenir memorial wero presented to Cardinal Moran. The speakers included Archbishop Redwood. MELBOURNE, March 20. The Reehabitch celebrated the jubilee of their Order with a, picnic, at which all the States and New Zealand were represented.
