To-day. Fat Cattle—l9o yarded. A large yarding, tlio majority being of but fair quality. Prices wero consequently a deal easier than those obtained at last sale. Quotations: Best bullocks, £9 10s to £lO 10s; extra, to £l2; medium, £8 7s 6d to £9 ss; inferior, £7 to £7 15s; best cows and heifers, £7 10s to £8; medium, £5 15s to £6 10s; inferior, £4 15s to £5 ss. Fat Sheep.—2,loß yarded. A medium yarding, quality again only fair. Competition ■was good, and prices for wethers showed an improvement. Kwes, however, failed to make any rise. Quotations:—Pest wethers, 17s to 18s; extra, to 21s Cd; medium, 15s to 16s; inferior, 13s to 14s 6d; best ewes, 14s to 15s; extra, to 19s; medium, 10s to 12s; inferior, 7s to 8? fid. Fat Lambs.—2,9o3 yarded. A full yarding, which met with a dragging sale. The quality continues quite as poor, perhaps a little worse, than the two preceding yardings.
