Christchurch and Intermediate Towns (overland). —5.30 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. at the C.P.0.; late letters, 7.40 a.m. and 8 a.m. (train), 10.45 a.m. and 11.15 a.m. (train). Invercargill and Intermediate Towns. — 7.30 a.m. and 3.45 p.m. at the C.P.0.; late letters 8 a.m. and 8.20 a.m. (train), 4 p.m. and 4.25 p.m. (train) For United Kingdom and Australian States (via Wellington), Continent of Europe, Ceylon, India, Japan, China, Strait* Settlements, Mauritius, South Africa, Mediterranean Ports, etc. (due in London April B.—Per north express at 10 a.m. to-morrow. Registered letters accepted till 9 a.m. to-morrow. Late letters may bo posted at C.P.O. till 10.30 and on guard's van till 11.15 a.m. The next best despatch for United States of America, etc., will be via San Francisco, on Thursday, March 9, at 10 a.m. W.
