Redmond presiding) it was decided to issue a statement expressing the hope that the King will have a long and glorious reign, but regretting that, as representatives of a people who aro still denied self-government, they will be unable to participate in the Coronation. THE HEIGHT OF DISLOYALTY. LONDON, February 22. (Received February 23, at 10.15 a.m.) The ' Pall Mall Gazette ' says that tho Nationalists, in refraining from participating in the Coronation, avoid the recognition of their Sovereign on political grounds, which is the height of-disloyalty.
