(Received December 7, at 9.35 a.m.) 'The Times's' Sofia correspondent advises that 4,980 persons wero beaten and tortured in Macedonia in connection with tho disarmament. Of those, sixty-four wero maimed for life, whilo eleven died as tho result of their cruel treatment.
