Messrs Park, Reynold;;, and Co. held this afternoon a silo of oil and water colors by Air W. Allen Bollard, Mr A. 11. O'Aeefe, Mr i. (.:. Veitch, aud other iiriisis. Many of the forty-four paintings offered were hung at the recent exhibition in the Art Gallery. At three o'clock the following had been sold: 'As Evening Closes' (G. Xicull). 10s; 'Lake Wakatipu' and 'A Fresh Breeze' (H.W.), 25s the pair; 'Camp Creek' (Abie Lothian), 20s; 'Ai Bunvood' (M. J. Rogers), 17s 6tl; 'A Cornish Moor' (il. J. Rogers), 22> 6d; 'Autumn Flowers' (A. R. Lothian), 20s; 'An Old Cottage Home' and 'An Old Stable* (M. Bower), 37s 6(1 and 22s 6d; 'A Woodland Path' and 'Spring,' and "Die Babbling Brook' (E.
