ST. PETERSBURG, December 3.
In coasefjuence of a violent gale at Azof (Southern Russia) the sea receded three miles, and a number of ships are stranded. Their crews, who are unable to land, are foodless. Many fishing boats were wrecked, and houses on shore washed away.
