FAILURE OF THE COMMISSION. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, December 3. A feature of the Welsh Church Commission's report is the absence of unanimity amongst the members. ' The Times ' suggests that a fresh commission should examine tho methods and test the statistics of the Commission just defunct. [Four and a-half years ago (June, 1906) a Commission was appointed to inquireinto the. origin, nature, amount, and application of the temporalities, endowments, and other properties of the Church of England in Wales, Monmouthshire, and into tho provision mads and work done by the churches of all denominations for the spiritual welfare of the people, and to the extent to which the people avail themselves of such provisions.]
