SAXE OP BUILDING LEASES. mHE CITY COUNCIL OP DUNEDIN X invites TENDERS for the LEASE for a period of Twenty-one (21) Years of the following ALLOTMENTS in King Edward street. South Dunedin Ward, being the surplus lands acquired for street-widening purposes under the provisions of “ The Borough of South Dunedin’Empowering Act, 1904.” Tenderers are required to state in their tenders the amount of rental offered per annum for each lot tendered for, and to enclose a sum equal to the first half-year’s rent for each such lot. Each successful tenderer shall, immediately upon being notified in writing of the acceptance of his tender, pay in cash to the undersigned the amount set opposite to such lot in the schedule hereto for the value of the buildings and improvements thereon. Possession of the respective lots leased to successful tenderers will be given one month from date of acceptance of tender. Tenders will be received in the Town Clerk’s Office, Town Hall, Octagon, Dunedin, until 5 o’clock p.m. on WEDNESDAY, the 14th December. 1910. > Conditions of sale may be seen on application to the undersigned.
