(Received November 23, at 8.30 a.m.) A scheme is being initiated to purchase the Crystal .Faiaee as a memorial to the late King Inward. 'l'lvs proposal is to utilko portion as the headquarters of tho National Aero Corps, placing the whole thereof in war time at the Government's disposal for aeroplaning purposes. Ttie other portions of the palace it is intended to rearrange for national and colonial exhibitions, the sale of Jiomo and colonial products, and pleasure gardens. The cost of purchase and adaptation is estimated at £600.000, and ih<.- working capital at £IIO,OOO.
