THE KAIKORAI BAND.

'CO THE EDITOR Sir, —I beg to offer a suggestion to the Kaikorai Band, which, I think, if accepted, would bo appreciated by Hi© public of Dunedin. I understand the Kaikorai Band are going to play in the Botanical Gardens on Sunday first. I would suggest they play the two contest selections (Wagner and ‘ L’Africaine ’). The playing of these two selections by this fine band still lingers in my memory as playing of exceptional merit. I think if the band accept my suggestion it will give the public who did not have the privilege of hearing them play the selections an opportunity of listening to a real musical treat. —I am, etc,, Enthusiast. November 2.
