SOUTH* AUSTRALIA BEATS VICTORIA. The interstate match South Australia, v. Victoria was continued at Adelaide yesterday. Victoria made 305 runs in their second innings (Ransford 71, Armstrong 27. Kortlang 69 not out). Rees captured four wickets for 66, Whitty two for 68, Crawford two for 88, Hewer one for 13, and Wright one for 52. South Australia obtained the necessary 202 runs for four wickets (C. Hiil 68, Crawford 25, Gehers ICO not out). Armstrong took throe wickets for 68, and Denny one for 85.
