LODGE MEETINGS

The Rescue Lodge of Good Templars held their weekly meeting in the Oddfellows’ Hall, Kensington, last evening, when the C.S. (Bro. lies) presided. Reports submitted showed the- lodge to have increased in membership during the past term and to bo in a good financial position. Throe brothers from the Fcinlcaf Lodge on 11.M.5. Pioneer were present, and were cordially welcomed by the Chief Templar. Greetings were received from several lodges in the Dominion and Commonwealth. The officers for the new term were installed by the district deputy (Bro. Hilton). .Several officers replied to the vote of thanks to retiring officers. The vote to the visitors was responded to by Bro. J. Porter (Hope of Cavcrsliam).
