HOTEL AT NELSON DESTROYED. [Peh United Pjiess Association.] NELSON, March 4. Tho Rising Sun Hotal, Waimea road, a wooden building, was totally destroyed bv fire at three o clock this morning. The licensee, Mr Paul Mitchell, and his family had a narrow escape. Tho staircase was on fire, and they had to descend from tho windows with "fire-escape ropes. Tho building, owned by Dodson and Sons, brewers, was insured for £450 in tho Standard Office, and the furniture, ami i stock for £SOO in the Northern Union.
