.'Stanley Nazarko, who was hanged at Wilkesbarre. Pennsylvania, bequeathed his wife and £240 to his friend, Michael Mastoski, of Scranton. The unusual will was made in the condemned man's cell. Nazarko said that he wanted his wife, whom he had cruelly wronged by deserting her, to be happy, and that he was doing all in his power to make amends by giving her and her prospective husband all he. had. Nazarko asked permission for his wife and hor prospective husband to view his execution, as a lesson of what may happen to an unfaithful husband. This was refused.
