S* 1 ’. - I wish to draw the attention of those concerned to the present unreliable condition of the hospitalclock as an accurate timepiece. On several occasions I have been misled by the erring hands. Surely that. wdrich is given to alarming tits and spasms ot such a misleading nature calls for the skilful attention of those wrthm the institution.
