STATESMEN WANT TO BE FRIENDS. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, May 7. A movement to promote personal friendships between the leading men of Great Britain and France is progressing. MM. Dekasse, Doumer, Millerand, Reinach, Estoumelles, D© Constant, and a number of others dined at the House of Commons with many Liberal and Unionist members of the House of Lords and the House of Commons. A special committee of fifty has been formed in each country.
