AMUSEMENTS.

CINQUEVALLI AND CO. A crowded house greeted the first-class entertainment given by Mr Harry Rickards's company in His Majesty's Theatre on Saturday night. The juggling and balancing feats of Paul Cinquevalli were as astounding as ever, his turn beirnr brightened greatly by the clever and hu° morous assistant " Sprightly." Of the remaining performers, Frank and Jen Latona, in their refined and on>inal turn, I received the warmest welcome, the singing of the latter taking on immensely. The Scottis'h Meisters, in their new extravaganza, Lawton and Namon, Guest and Newlyn, Tom Dawson, Fanny Powers, Nellie Maunsell, and A. Harris are all performers of merit, their efforts making the combination one of unusual strength. For the remaining three nights the entertainment should bs well patronised. WIDE-WORLD PICTURES. The programme of pictures which was first shown at the Princess on Thursday night attracted good audiences both at the matinee on Saturday and in the evening. The same programme will be shown up to Wednesday evening.
