THE GENERAL STAFF. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. OTTAWA, March 8. Correspondence relating to the Imperial General Staff has been submitted to Parliament at Ottawa. It is understood that the principal document is a letter wherein Sir F. W. Borden, Minister of Militia, recommends his colleagues' acceptance of the scheme, conditional upon the Canadian section of the General Skiff being always under Canada's sole control, and that all communications between the chief of the section and the cliief of the Imperial Staff, except in matters of routine, must first be submitted to the Minister of Militia.
