It is reported in/ Venezuela that Castro had telegraphed to the ringleader of the conspiracy against tlie Gomez Government to kill the serpent, crush its head, and terrorise Caracas. The cablegram is likely to form the basis of a criminal impeachment, and an attempt will be made to secure the extradition of Castro from Europe.
