(Received December 28, at 8.25 a.m.) The Governor, of Kentucky has ordered out a company of State Militia to assist the marshals to suppress rioting in Whitley County, where the miners are on strike. One miner and a marshal have already been killed. Several persons were burned-to death.in a hotel fire following on a fight between the marshals and the miners.
