Drunkenness.—Two first offenders were onvicted and discharged; two others who lid not appear were each fined sa, in default twenty-four hours' imprisonment. A similar penalty was imposed upon Janws Arthur Marshall and Aaher Westcott. Robert Love was fined 10», with the option of forty-eight hours' prison. Mischief.—Samuel Bollinson pleaded juilty to a charge of breaking a window in ■he bora of Wm.
