(Received November 6, at 8.18 a.m.) Mrßirreil (Irish Secretary) will introduce a Bill on the 231x1 inst. embodying some of the recommendations of the Dudley Commission, devoting a large sum for the compulsory purchase of land in tlie •ongested districts, and repealing the financial clauses of the Wyndham Irish Land Purchase Act of 1903.
