FRENCH REFUGEES.
WARSHIPS MAKE, READY.
MOROCCO, August 3. France and Spain have determined forthwith to enforce the provisions of the Algeciras Convention for the Franco-Spanish policing of Casablanca, and to land troops. The members of the French colony, numbering 160, took refuge aboard a British Tnerchantman. Several French battleships and cruisers and Spanish warships are preparing to proceed to Morocco.
The Italian cruiser Etna has been placed at the disposal of the French Legation at Tangier.
The British cruiser Antrim, which is lying at Gibraltar, has been ordered to hold herself :n readiness for peremptory service.
4,000 TROOPS TO BE LANDED,

Ic is expected that 4,000 French and Spanish troops, with the consent of the signatory Powers to. tho Algeciraa Agreement, w3l occupy Casablanca within a week.
