_ LONDON, August 3. King Edward, after meeting the Kaiser at Wiihelmsboo, reaches Maiienbad on the 17th inst.
An official announcement that King Edward will also meet the Emperor Francis Joseph of Austria at Ischl (in Upper Austria) has been warmly welcomed by the Austrian Press. It is generally assumed at Vienna that Balkan affairs will bo tho chief topic of discission at Ischl.
VIENNA, August 3. The 'Weiner AHegcmeine Zeitung' declares that a formal Anglo-Austrian agreement will bo entered upon, covering tho interests of Great Britain and Austria in the Balkans and tho Mediterranean.
