PORTOBELLO SCHOOL.

On Thursday afterroon- prizes were dis tributed to the pupils, attending the Poxtobello School, in tho presence of a lorgt, number of tbo parents and friends of the pupils. Mr D. D. Seaton presided, and appropriately opened the proceedings. Be fore the distribution a number of lions and songs were given* by the children. Tho chairman then asked tlie Rev A.
