LORD PLUNKET VISITS THE COAST.
• ■ HOKITIKA, December 24. Lord Plunket pays an official visit to the West Coast nest month, motoring from Nelson on January 11. Tho provisional dates are Westport 13th, Reefton 15th, Greymouth 16th, Holdtika 18th, Kulnara 19th, thenoe overland to Christchurch, arriving there on the 21st. It is understood that, owing to his projected visit to the Islands, His Excellency will be unable to tour South Westland on this occasion.
