The following are the insurances on tho fire in Queen street, Hastings, reported in yesterday’s issue:—D. Siannell, building (including Paterson and Mos'rtan’e office), } 600 i" "ho London and Liverpool and Globe Office; effects, £IOO in the New Zealand; Paterson and Mnssman, office contents, £SO in the South Bri'ish; Lequeene and Cowan, building ££o and contents £2OO in the Standard; Edmonds, printing plant. £225 in the Austral an Alliance; G. dailies, painter’* requVtei, £IOO in the Sun. J. T. Blake’s store at rear of building, occupied by Booth and Macdonald and- James and 'Edmonds, was owned by Mr A. T. Russell, and was insured for £6OO in the Sun. It is believed there is ho insurance on Booth’s Stock, valued at £SOO. The block destroyed is in the brick area, and .all the buildings were new, and consequently they were of brick.
