THE, CITY SKATS. (Special to the Star.] WELLINGTON. December 20. The reports of the Representation Commissioners give the South Island trnrty-6v« seate. and the North forty-one, the former thim losing throe representatives. Tlic South Island electorates which arc lost by morsion m others iiro Tuapeka, Waikonaiti, and Courtonar. Widkouajti goes chiefly into Chalmers- electorate. ]*iwrence Borough got* to Bruce, and Keleo township to Cmtha. Qeraldine Boroujrh goes into Ashburton. arui Mr Flatman's constituency ifi now called Temuka. Cavenshani is merged into. Dnnedin Soutli. There is a, fourth D'inediii electorate, called Dunedin Wort. Tnu new North Inland seats are : (1) Wellington Suburbs, including Karori, Miraimr. Onslow, und Johnson ville ; (2) Taumaruni, in the heart of the island, including Waimarino, the Waiknto, Wangaoni watershed, ajid North Tu-ronoki; and (3) Tauranga, including the Boroughs of Tauranga, To Aroba, and Cambridge. The okl electorate of Hawera disappears, and iStratfcrrd takes its place, the Borough of Hawera going to Paica district. Waiapn is nmr called GLsborrne, and Newton is Wellington South. The following are tho boundaries of the Otago electorates : CLTJTHA. Xfataura, River, excluding the northern portion of the Matanra, Hiding, which is included in the existing Clutha electoral district, excluding aiso the northern portion of the Glenkoinieh Riding of Clrrtha County lying north of blocks 1 and 2, Glentenich survey district, and a ling along the. road running •north-easterly from the north-east-ern corner of block 2 to the Pomahaka Rivrr. about a mile north of the Township of Kelso, also excluding the northern portion of Tapamri Riding of Tuapeka Comity, lying north of the road running southeasterly from tho southern boundary of the Townuhip of Kelso, ami thence easterly to tho boundary of the said Tafumiii Hiding. The Township c-f KeW is excluded from this district-. BRUCE. The Bruce district includes the wbolo of tire Bruce County, less Clarendon and Waiholn. Riding.s, together with tite Waitahuna. Clark, and Brown Ridings of the Tuapeka County, and that -part of Gabriels Riding not included in Mo«tat Ida district, and also th\ Boroughs of Milton, J-aw-rence, and Kaitangata. TAIERI. The Taieri district comprises the whole of tho Taieri County, together with that portion of Hyde Riding of Mamototo County lying south of the Capburn, the Waipori Riding of Tuapelca County, and the Clarendon aa>d tie Waihola Ridings of Brnce County. DUNEDIN NORTH. This district is bounded towards the north and towards tlie south-east generally by the northern and south-eastern boundaries of tbe Borough of Maori Hill from Swampy Hill to the road froatrng section No. 66* block 11. North Harbor and Bineskin survey district, thence towards the north-west" by the Toad fronting flections Nos. 66, 64," 62, and 60, thence towards (he nortb-cast generally by Che Chalmers district, hereinbefore described, and the Borough of Wast Harbor, to Drmodin Harbor, tbence towards the south generally by Duoediri HarboT to a point in line with Frederick street, thence by a line to and along Frederick street, to Leith street, thence bv Leith street to Albany street, along Albany street to Queen street, thence along Queen street to Pitt street, along Pitt street to Royal terrace to tho right-of-way between sections Kos. 46 and 47, on the north side of Royal terrace, themee along that right-of-way and by the right line to tho easternmost corner of the Borough of Rosryn, thence by the Borough of Roalyn and the western boundary of the Boiough of Maori Hill to Swampy Hill, the place of commencement. DUNEDItf-'WEST. The Dunedin West district comprises tho Borough of Roslyn, and that part of tho City of I) arced in. bounded by n, line from the easternmost corner of the Borough of Roslyn to the right-of-way between, sections Noe. 46 and 47. situated .north of Royal terrace, thence along that right-of-way to Royal terrace, along Royal terrace to Pitt street-, and along Pitt street. Queen street. Albany street, and Leith street to Frederick street, tlienee along Frederick street aind its continuation to Dnnedin Harbor, thence by Dimedin Harbor to a point in line with, Stuart street, thence by a line to -and ildtuj Stuart street, across the Octagon to Smith street, along Smith street, Rattray street, and the Roslyn cable tramway to the Boiough of Roslyn. DUNEDIN CENTRAL. The Dunedin Central district comprises the Borough of Morningion, together w'th that part of tho City of Dunedin bounded towards the north "by the Roslyn cable, tramway, alone 'Rattraj street to Smith

street, by- Smith street to Stuart street, thence by Stuart street across the Octagon, and a lmo in continuation of Staxrt street. across the railway reserve, and continued to Dunedia Harbor; towards the south by the Cavecsbam Ward of the CXty of Duncdin, lying ■ east of Goodall street and north of the railway line and the Main South road. ' ' DUNEDIN SOUTH. The Dunedin South district comprises the Borough of St Kilda, togeti»er with the Caversbam and South Dunedm Wards of the City of Dunedin, less that portion. of the Caversham Ward lying oast of Goodall street and north of tho railway line and the Main South Toad, which 16 included in tho Dunedin Central district. CHALMERS.

The Chalmers district comprises the whole of the Waikouaiti and Peninsula Counties, together with the Goodwood Riding and Wfuhemo County, tho Boroughs of Hawksbury, Port Chalmers, and Wost Harbor, and the northern portion of the Borou.sU of North-east Valley 'lyinß northcast of the Pine Hill road, intersecting sections No. 58. 57. 55. and 53, to Watt's road, by tho said Watt's road! to the Main North road, and by the Main North road to the south-western comer of the Township of Dalkeith, thence by the southwestern boundary of the said township, and sections Now. 46 and 2 of 29, to the boundary of the Borough of West Harbor. MOUNT IDA. The Meant Ida. district comprises the Borough* of Naeeby, Roxburgh, and Alexandra, tho wbolo of the Mamototo County, less tlrat part of. tho Hyde Riding south of the Capbum. together with the Green Valley and Macraes Ridings of Waihemo County, tho. Matakauui, Manuherikia, Dunstan, and' Earnscfcugh Ridings of Vincent County; the Teviot, Beaumont, and James Ridings of Tuapeka County, tho portion of Tapanui Riding of Tuapeka County lying north of the road running south-ea«ter 1 y from the ewitijem boundary.of tho Township of Kelso, and thence easterly to the boundary of the said Tapanuii Riding, and also the northern porticm of Glenkenieh Biding of Clutha County lying north of blocks 1 and 2, Gleokenioh survey district, and along tho road running north-easterh/ from block 2 to tho Pomabaka River, also including tho Township of Kebio, and also that part of Gabriel's Riding of Tuapeka County lying north of Gardiner's Track. OAMARU. The Oamaru district comprises the Dunback. Blue Mountain, Meadowbank, and Bushey Ridings of Waihemo County, tonether with tbo Mooraki, Otepopo, and Kakanui Ridings of Wailaki County, the south-eastern portion of Waireko Riding, bounded by the western boundaries of Western Park and the Ardgowau. Settlement, and part of the northetn boundaries of the said Ardgowan Settlement, and also tbo southern portion of Papakaio Riding bounded on the norbb by tho northern boundary of blocks 1 and 2," Oamaru survey district,* to Ijondon Creek, by London Creek to section 125, and thenco by sections 125 and 126 to the road forming the north-eastern boundary of the last-named ejection and section 156 to the Main road, bv the Main road to the road north of section 141. and thence bv that mad running easterly to the sea.
