At the quarterly meeting of the West Harbor Lodge, U.A.0.D., held on Thursday, A.D. Bro. C. Baird presided. The contributions for tlhe evening were £SO. After a long discussion it was decided to adopt a, clause of the proposals .submitted by the United Friendly Societ ; es' Committee ro a dental institute.
