At a recent meeting of fie Exhibition Agricultural and Pastoral Committee it was dpcided that awards of £SO for firet prize and £2O for seoord prize should be given for the bept collective exhibit comprising the best display of woo] in the grease representing 4ke principal"breeds' of sheep of this colonv, these prices to be limited to district disr-jlays. Further pri/es of £2O firet and-£l,o'second will be riven for the best individual exhibit of -wool grown and shown by the exhibitor himself. Medals and certificates of exhibits will also be given for all deamySons.of cereals. It has been arranged, so that the next season's wool -will ibe available for the Exhibition to receive woo] exhibits up to December 15. Special applications for 6pace for wool exhibits will.:be received at any time now, atid will prißbably cloee about November 1.
