Dunedin, as under: Overland, Northern ports, Christchurch, and intermediate offices, daily, 6,30 a.m. Late letters 7.40-; also on the mail van up to 8 a.m. For second express for Palmerston, Oaniaru. W.-umate, Timaru, Ashbuxton, and Christchurch, at 12.45 p.m. Also, Northern ports, at 12.45 p.m. on Saturday. For Greymouth, Hokitika, and Reefton, Monday and Thursday, at 12.45 p.m. For south express 'trains at 7.50 a.m. and 5 p.m. Late-fee letters must bear, in addition to the ordinary postage, Id. TUESDAY, JULY 24. For Lvttelton and Christchurch.—Per Victoria, 2.30 p.m. Late letters 3.50 p.m. on board. SAN FRANCISCO MAIL SERVICE. TUESDAY. JULY 24. For Northern Porta of New Zealand, Samoa, Sandwich Inlands, Japan, United Biaies of America, Canada, South America. West Indies, United Kingdom, and Continent of Europe, at 6.30 a.m. Latefee letters at the C.P.O. at 7.40 a.m., and North express at 8 a.m. Book packets and newspapers at 5 a.m. on the 24th. Tho above mails will close at the branch Post Offices, North Dunedin, South Dunedin, Caversham, Roslyn, Mornington, and North-east Valley, for letters and newspapers at midnight on the 23rd. At the Port Chalmers office, letters at 6.30 a m on tho 24th. The above mail will he due in London on the 25th August. WEDNESDAY, JULY 25. Supplementary mails for America, the United Kingdom, Continent of Europe, etc., w2i close ai 6.30 a.m. Late-fee letters at the C.P.O, at 7.40 a.m., and North express at 8 a.m. Money orders close at 4 p.iu. and registered letters at 5 p.m. on the 24th. Mails from Melbourne for Durban sad Gape Town, per Nineveh, 26th, via Fremantle; Geelong, August 9, via Adelaide. Mails for Tonga, Samoa, and Fiji, per Navua, close at Auckland on the 24th, at 8.45 a.m. The Paparoa will leave Auckland for London via Monte Video and Teneriffe on the 2nd August, at 1 p.m. Correspondence for the United Kingdom, specially addressed, will close at this office on the Oth Jury, at 6.30 a.m. Parcel mail wffl dose at, noon on the 28th irrst Due in London 16fch September.
