LAND AND STOCK SALES, HAWERA, July 3L At auction yesterday the‘estate of thft late A, Hastie, of 530 acres, sold at £29 an acre. In another estate 67 acres fetched £35 10s, 58 acres £32, and £52 acres £25 10s. Clydesdale stock sold readily up to 135gs for fonr-yeanoW mares. PROPERTY SALES. Messrs James Samson and Co. report having sold privately vesterday Mr White's property at Green Island, being allotment 61, block 1. Shand and George streets, Ir 16p, with a six-roomed dwelling and outhouses thereon, to Mr A. Marshall, for £520. Mr J. Orlowski’s freehold property, section 39, block 3, Grown street, Glenroy, North-east Valley, with a modern four-roomed verandah dwelling, bathroom, and workshop thereon (section 30ft s 112 ft), was purchased by Mr James Sim for £330. Sections 1, 2, and 3, block 2, Ascotvale, North-east Valley, with a frontage to the Main road and District road of 99ft, and a dwelling of five rooms and outbuildings thereon, was sold to Mr Hickev for £SOO.
