Edward Weston, suciy-e.ght years of age, who has walked irom Ph.ladelphia to Kew York—96 miles—in 23h 26min, beating his own record, made when he was twenty-five wore the boots which he used when, in 1879, he walked 550-miles in six days', in England,, and won the Aatlev belt.
