MEETINGS OF SOCIETIES.

The usual meeting of Pioneer Lodge, 1.0. G.T., was held on Tuesday in the Lower Choral Hall, Bro. D. Gain, C.T., presiding. There, was a very good attendance of members and visitors. The G.T. reported having visited the Ark of Love Lodge officially" and being cordially received. A vote of sympathy with Bro. lies was passed, and a. hearty welcome given to Bro.- Helm, of the Wellington Pioheer Lodge. After the usual recess, the . " Brothers', Singing ..Competition," jpen to all brothers of the Order, was jommenced.
