Four love tragedies were on April 28 reported from various parts of Berlin. A trained nurse named Brasse injected a triple dose of morphia in her arm after reading a letter from her sweetheart in whioh he said their engagement must end. The second tragedy occurred in a hotel in the York Strasse. A young couple who had eloped from Stettin and were at the end of their resources took poison together.
