Though President■.- MouromtsefE was ■warned to expect a'OTmmons to proceed to Peterhof, none has so far arrived. This is attributed to a revival of untoward personal influences upon the Czar. It 'is feared that lie murder of General Kozloff will produce a bad effect. M. Makaroff (Assistant Minister of the Interior) reminded the Duma, 'amid jeans, hooting, and shouts of " Resign! * that although ihe Czar's proclamations of October 30 last proclaimed liberty, it abrogated no laws, which ought therefore to be obeyed. A BAKERS' STRIKE ST. PETERSBURG, July 17. (Received July 18, at 7.47 a-m.) A bakers' strike has left Moscow practically without bread. The Prefect has arrested the Bakers' Union leaders, and threatened to expel from tbe city ail who <k> not resume work.
