MELBOURNE, July 17. (Received July 17, at 9.43 a.m.)
Tsm police are finding great difficulty in obtaining direct evidence of the racecourse murder. So far there have been no arrests. The V.R.C. are seeking power to assume possession of the flat, and to make a small charge for admission. This will enable the club to control the crowd.
