MEETINGS OF SOCIETIES.
The fortnightly mooting of the Hope of Dunedin Tent, 1.0. R., was held in the lodge room, Moray place, lafit evening. Bro. F. E. David gave an address on 'Artificial Respiration,' which was listened to with marked attention. A heartv vote of thanks wa* accorded Bro, Davis for his address. At the half-yearly meeting of the West Harbor Lodg*, U.A.O.D.', A.D, Bro. J. A. Grant presided. The election of officers resulted as follows :—A.D., Bro. C. Baird ; V A., Bro. P. Harridge } secretary, Bro! D. Larnach. sen. ; treasurer, Bro. W. Blackie; 1.G., Bro. J.-Blackie; 0.G., Bro. Griffiths; A.D.8.8, Bros. Christenseo and 0»bon»e j V.A.B.s, Bros. Barker and Pope. At the weekly meeting of Rescue Lodge, 1.0. G.T., held in the Presbyterian Schoolroom, South Dunedin (C.T. Bro. Helton presiding), it was decided, after hearing the reports of the Absent Members' Committee, to meet on Mondays in the same room after the expiry of the present syllabus.
