(Received March 20, at 8.26 a.m.) Buksahl, a sergeant in the German Army, has been sentenced to seven months’ imprisonment and degraded at Mulheirnl for assaulting recruits with the but? of his rifle, striking their frost-bitten hands with a bayonet, and torturing them with knee drill. He pleaded ‘‘ zeal for the service.”
