TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —Mr A. S. Adams's explanation of the difference between Mr Cameron hominafing the Prohibition" ticket '* and. Mr Speight v nominating the Moderate " ticket" is simply a distinction without a difference. I may be obtuse, and don't exactly know \vhat Mr Adams is trying to make yonf readers believe. Dbea he suggest that, the newlyelected Committee are not a 6 independent in . mind and .pocket, as the members of the last Committee were? Mr Adoins is dictatorial when he says the "trade" hate nd' right to be represented on a licensing committee.
