"LOOPING THE LOOP" JUDICIALLY' CONDEMNED. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, March 14. A. jury awarded £2OO damages to a girl O who was injured in " looping the loop" at Snnderland. Mr Justice Darling held that the agreement relieving the proprietress of the theatre in the event of in jury was worthless, because it was ag-iinst public policv. He commented on the inconsistency of the country forbidding bull fights, yet tolerating feats likely to involve mutilation or c-<ath.
