Tho jury also added that, having heard the eri dence and inspected the " Perfection" heater, they were satisfied that no explosion took place. A further rooommen ration was made pointing out that public security fiom fire was lessened by the different-az d hydrants in tire in the city and adjoinjig boroughs, besides by an inadequate water supply.
