N.E. VALLEY UNITED MISSION
last night the Y.M.C.A. continued the mission in the Valley Baptist Church. The attendance -was veiy good, and the interest in tiie work very deep. Mr Morgan, the first speaker, gave many evidences to show that Almighty God was a God of loveMr J. Loan dwelt on the need of forgiveness of sins, and how assurance of this was possible to »IL Mr Monfries, was soloist for the evening. After the conclusion of the first part of the meeting quite a number spoke of experiences in the Christian life. When the meeting dispersed a men's meeting was called. Some seventy or eighty attended. Mr John Reid, 8.A., led the meeting, which was a most stirring one. Messrs John Arthur, W. Morrison, W. Lumley. W. Low,'and a number of others also took part.
