REV. L. M. ISITT’S RETURN. WELLINGTON, Mar 24. The Rev. Leonard T.-ritt returned" In- tin. Wimmcra, this morning, after an absence of five Tears, spent in lecturing on temperance in Great Britain and Ireland. He has given 5,000 lectures, sermons, and addresses in twelve years. Ho thinks the outlook for the temperance movement at Home brighter with the incoming Liberal parly, who, he thinks, will have a big victory at the next election. lire outlook for Australia is bright also. New South Wales wanted him to stay several years, hut he intends settling in’ New Zealand for an indefinite lime. Mi Isitt has no present inclination to enter the political arena in New Zealand. He pets a reception -here to-morrow, and goes south on Friday, and gets a public reception at Christchurch on Monday nest.
