“ Subscriber.”—Thursday. Disgusted.”—The inspector for the Soejety for tho Prevention of Cruelty to Animals tells us that he frequently sees the horses in question, and has noticed nothing wrong. If ho is told of a special case of cruelty he will deal with it.
