j. ELECTION OF TRUSTEES. The annual meeting of subscribers to and life governors of the Benevolent .Institution, called for the purpose of electing two Trustees, was held at the Town Hal] this afternoon. Mr R. AI. Clark was voted to the chair.
The report and balance-sheet (already published) wore adopted. On the motion of Air J. Hazlett, seconded by Mr J. Arkle, Messrs W. Burnett and W. T. Talboys, the retiring Trustees, were ic-elected.
